- Vocalia 2.0 in a nutshell: Enable speech access to contacts, songs and bookmarks on your iPhone / iPod Touch. Even faster on 3GS devices!
- New Feature: iPod Touch support (second generation only, requires a microphone headset which can be bought separately)
- New Feature: iPod library access. You select an artist or a playlist using your voice, then the song title to initiate playback.
- New Feature: Internet Bookmarks access. Import your bookmarks into Vocalia (autodiscovery of iPhone, Bonjour networking), then say one of them to open Safari and go straight to that website.
- New Feature: Proximity sensing. The default behavior is that Vocalia listens to you all the time. If Proximity Sensing is enabled, Vocalia will only be listening when the iPhone is brought to your head (or when you put your finger on Vocalia's eye). This is very useful in noisy environments when Vocalia can't evaluate the beginning/end of speech.
- New Feature: Interactive Help Overlay. From now on, Vocalia displays examples of all voice commands that can be spoken at any particular time.
- New Voice Commands: Scroll inside Vocalia (try again, go up, go down)
