Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard is officially available as from today, Friday August 28th 2009. News websites from all over the world are going to give you a detailed overview of its features and improvements. That's why we only discuss Creaceed's Mac applications here.
So, what about Snow Leopard compatibility?
- Hydra: version 2.1.2 (100% compatible with Leopard and Snow Leopard) is from now on available for download. Hydra is the very first HDR application for the Mac supporting 64-bit architectures (and the only one!). And that's really an asset for HDR lovers. Indeed, rendering an HDR image under Snow Leopard (64 bits) is up to 2,5 times faster than under Leopard (32 bits) (testing with 3 input images on a Mac Mini 2x2GHz, 4GB RAM, GeFORCE 9400/256MB VRAM).
- Morph Age Regular and Pro: you can now download version 4.0.6 which is fully compatible with Leopard and Snow Leopard.
- Prizmo: we are currently working on a major update of Prizmo which will add Snow Leopard compatibility, and OCR technology in 10 languages. The release of Prizmo 1.1 is scheduled on September 15th 2009.
- Magnet: Creaceed's team is developing a brand new version of Magnet. Magnet 2.x, which will heavily rely on Snow Leopard technologies, will be available in autumn 2009.
