2009 is coming to its end, and it's the right time of the year to evaluate what we did. Our first concern is user support. Here is what we found out:
- You often ask questions by email. We usually answer them within 24 hours.
- You sometimes ask questions on the forum. It often takes us a few days or even a whole week to answer. You usually asked the same question by email in the meantime.
- You asked less questions in 2009 than in 2008. It seems that many of you got the habit to read the FAQ pages on our website. It is true we added many questions last year, and we regularly updated them.
As far as support is concerned, our goal is to help you quickly and efficiently. We have to admit we performed poorly on the forum. That's why we decided to close the forum as from today.
From now on, what can you do to get help?
1. Read the application's user guide. It explains how to install the app, how to register it, how to use it...2. Read the application's FAQs on our website. It will often help you find the answer to your question.
3. If you couldn't find the answer neither in the user guide nor in the FAQs, write to support at creaceed dot com. Explain your issue in details and how it happened. Tell us a bit about your Mac as well (model, graphic card, Mac OS X version...). That information helps us find quickly how to fix an issue.
